1) This is an INVITATION ONLY party due to limited space on the property. RSVP required.

2) PARKING: Please put your car in 4W BEFORE driving onto the grass to mitigate tire slippage if the land is not frozen after the melt and rain.  Be mindful and don't take up more space then needed.  Carpooling highly encouraged.

3) BYOB... but this is not a party for states of excess.  Dance is powerful medicine.  Let the music guide you.
